Episode 8: Savannah Dwyer

I met Savannah on the ferry on my commute to my first day of work. I remember being so nervous to make new friends and she was just instantly warm and inviting. From there our friendship blossomed through working together, ferry commutes, and living pretty much down the street from each other. Pat and I became dear friends with her and her hubby and then we were pregnant about 4 months apart. I’ve loved watching her become a mama and I learned so much from her on how to calm and focus on the positive during the final stretch of my pregnancy.

I’m so excited for you to hear her wisdom. In this episode of Mama-To-Mamas we talk about:

  • How to have a positive mindset going into birth and how to tae that into new motherhood

  • Navigating all of the advice and messages that come at you as a first-time mom

  • Postpartum “firsts”

  • The love you feel for the tiny human you created

  • Creativity as a mama

  • And so much more…

Savannah has the best YouTube channel all about embracing minimalism and living intentionally by making the most of what you have. Her videos are so inspiring and fun to watch!
